• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You agree to indemnify and hold CinchFlow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or other reasonable cause. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CinchFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
